Things You're Probably Wondering...
(A.K.A. the part where I answer the questions you’re already asking in your head.)
Q: What exactly do you do?
A: I help founders bring order to the parts of their business that feel messy, overwhelming, or duct-taped together.
That usually looks like operations cleanup, systems design, documentation, workflow clarity, and project coordination - basically turning “how did this get so out of hand?” into something calm, clear, and repeatable.
Q: Who do you work best with?
A: Founders and small teams who are smart, capable, and maybe a little tired of holding everything in their head. If you’re ready for structure, clarity, and honest conversations... we’ll get along very well.
If you’re looking for someone to “just do whatever whenever,” we might not be the best fit. And that’s okay.
Q: Is this a sales call?
A: Nope. No scripts. No pressure. No surprise pitches.
It’s a conversation to see if I can help, how I might help, and whether working together makes sense.
If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you honestly, and you’ll still walk away with more clarity than you came in with.
Q: How does working together usually start?
A: We start with a conversation. From there, I’ll recommend a next step that actually fits your situation - not a one-size-fits-all package.
Sometimes that’s a short engagement, sometimes ongoing support, sometimes just a clear direction forward.
No mystery. No bait-and-switch.
Q: Do you offer one-off help, or only ongoing support?
Both; the approach depends on the work required. Some projects need a focused cleanup or strategy sprint. Others benefit from ongoing support.
We’ll talk it through and choose what makes sense for you, not what locks you into something unnecessary.
Q: What industries do you work in?
A: I’m industry-agnostic but pattern-obsessed. If your business has processes, people, tools, and decisions... I can probably help.
That said, I work best with service-based businesses, founders, and teams who value clarity, documentation, and doing things properly the first time (or at least the second).
Q: How do you communicate during projects?
A: Clearly. Calmly. Like a human.
We’ll set expectations upfront around response times, tools, and how requests are handled.
For reference, I have my own Slack workspace, and am open to text, calls or emails for communication depending on your style.
We should both prefer that nothing turns into a 9:47 pm “quick question” situation. Clarity now = less resentment later.
Q: Are you available for urgent or last-minute work?
A: Sometimes, but not by default.
Good work needs context and breathing room. If something truly urgent comes up, we can discuss it. Otherwise, lead time helps ensure the work is thoughtful, effective, and not fueled by unnecessary stress.
Q: Do you work remotely?
A: Yes - fully remote.
Think: coffee chat energy, minus the commute, parking, and awkward small talk.
Sometimes that’s a short engagement, sometimes ongoing support, sometimes just a clear direction forward.
No mystery. No bait-and-switch.
Q: What if I’m already overwhelmed and this feels like “one more thing”?
That’s actually a very good reason to reach out.
You don’t need to show up polished or prepared. You can show up tired, stuck, or unsure... we’ll take it from there.
Q: How do I know if this is worth it?
If you’re spending too much time thinking about problems instead of solving them... it is worth it to ask for help.
Clarity compounds. Systems reduce mental load. And having someone in your corner who sees patterns you’re too close to notice is often the difference between spinning and moving forward.
