Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 13, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all freelance services provided by Radical Creative Business Solutions ("Service Provider") to clients.

By engaging the Service Provider, submitting payment, or signing a proposal, contract, or statement of work, the client ("Client") agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

Radical Creative provides professional freelance services, including but not limited to administrative support, project coordination, digital organization, workflow creation, templates, and consulting services ("Services"). All Services are custom, time-based, and/or deliverable-based in nature.

Due to the customized and professional nature of the Services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.

2. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Any deposit, retainer, or advance payment is non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Deposits secure availability, preparation time, and initial project setup and are therefore not eligible for refund.

3. Completed Work

  • No refunds will be issued for completed Services or delivered work, whether or not the Client chooses to use the final deliverables.

  • Approval of milestones, drafts, or final deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work.

4. Partial Refunds (Limited Circumstances)

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • The Service Provider is unable to complete the agreed-upon Services due to circumstances solely within their control, and

  • The Client has submitted a written request for refund within 7 calendar days of project termination.

Any approved refund will:

  • Reflect only the unused portion of prepaid Services, and

  • Exclude time already worked, administrative time, consultation time, and any third-party costs incurred.

5. Cancellations by Client

  • The Client may cancel services at any time with written notice.

  • Cancellation does not entitle the Client to a refund for:

    • Time already worked

    • Work in progress

    • Reserved project time

    • Deposits or retainers

Invoices for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable in full.

6. Revisions & Dissatisfaction

  • Reasonable revisions are provided only if explicitly outlined in the signed agreement or proposal.

  • Dissatisfaction with style, preference, or subjective opinion does not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, power outages, or government actions.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Clients agree to contact the Service Provider directly to resolve payment concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of contract and may result in collection action.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Legal Disclaimer

This policy is intended to be legally enforceable under Ontario law; however, it does not constitute legal advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if required.
